Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to ParkPandu! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ParkPandu mobile application and services ("Service") provided by ParkPandu P.C. ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms in full, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ParkPandu app, you agree to comply with these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance.

3. Services Provided

ParkPandu connects drivers with parking space owners to facilitate bookings and payments. Please note that ParkPandu only provides the platform and is not directly responsible for parking spaces or their availability. The Service is currently only available within Greece.

4. Account Creation and Responsibilities

• To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• Users must keep profile information accurate, including license plate numbers.
• Parking space owners must verify their ownership of the parking spots they list.

5. User Conduct

• Do not provide false information or impersonate others.
• Do not use the app for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes.
• Do not violate any applicable local laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if these Terms are violated.

6. Booking and Payment Terms

ParkPandu facilitates parking space bookings through Stripe, our secure payment processor. By booking a parking space, you agree to the following:

• Payment is required upon booking confirmation.
• Bookings can be canceled up to 5 days before the scheduled time for a full refund.
• If a parking space is unavailable upon your arrival, please contact ParkPandu support immediately at info@parkpandu.gr.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellation Policy: Users can cancel bookings free of charge if canceled at least 5 days in advance. Otherwise, the full amount will be charged.

8. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the ParkPandu app for personal use only. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app.

9. Termination of Account

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if:
• You violate these Terms.
• Fraudulent or illegal activities are detected.
• Multiple complaints are made against your account.

10. Data Storage and Transfers

Your data is securely stored on servers located in the European Union:

• Application and Database: Hosted in Nuremberg, Germany.
• Parking Images: Stored on AWS in Stockholm.

11. Liability and Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of parking spaces listed.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ParkPandu harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If changes are significant, we will notify users via email. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes will be resolved in Greek courts.
